If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a 7 day return from date of delivery for unused books. 

You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packaging slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, minus shipping. 

For items lost by the carrier or damaged during transit, we offer refunds or exchanges once the carrier confirms loss of item. Damaged items may be returned after approval of pictures of the damaged items including the shipping box. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will also correct orders if an item was mistakenly shipped or was missing from your original order. 

As per our policy, digital products that are downloadable, can’t be returned or refunded.

You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of your delivery. After this time period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

To obtain a refund, the customer has to provide their order and online access code information to Customer service.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund:

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take up to 30 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
